Okay, this is a quick update to tell you I'm still editing. I know, I'm driving you mad. If it's any consolation, I'm driving me mad, too. Most of the book is finished, it's just chapter 11 and chapter 27 that I'm mulling over--they need a little work, so that's what I'm doing. (There are 28 chapters right now.) This brilliant song by PEARL JAM called CORDUROY reminds me of Evie in Incendiary...but you should know up front that there are more than four new characters in this book...so you may think you know, but you may not be right :D P.S. I love your music, Eddie Vedder. Corduroy (Lyrics)
Artist: Pearl Jam Composer: Pearl Jam Lyrics: The waiting drove me mad...you're finally here and I'm a mess I take your entrance back...can't let you roam inside my head I don't want to take what you can give... I would rather starve than eat your bread... I would rather run but I can't walk... Guess I'll lie alone just like before... I'll take the varmint's path...oh, and I must refuse your test Push me and I will resist...this behavior's not unique I don't want to hear from those who know... They can buy, but can't put on my clothes... I don't want to limp for them to walk... Never would have known of me before... I don't want to be held in your debt... I'll pay it off in blood, let I be wed... I'm already cut up and half dead... I'll end up alone like I began... Everything has chains...absolutely nothing's changed Take my hand, not my picture, spelled my T-shirt I don't want to take what you can give... I would rather starve than eat your breast... All the things that others want for me... Can't buy what I want because it's free... Can't buy what I want because it's free... Can't be what you want because I'm... Why ain't it sposed to be just fun Oh, to live and die, let it be done I figure I'll be damned, all alone like I began... It's your move now... I thought you were a friend, but I guess I, I guess I hate you. Lyrics from: http://www.pearljam.com/music/songs

Ok, I'm really not an artist groupie and I have never commented or reviewed anything but I just had to tell you how gifted you are and that if it says Amy Bartol on it I will read it without hesitation. I will tell everyone about your books. Please keep writing!!!! I hope you don't kill Brennus and Evie's relationship. I can feel the way he loves her. He is so Alpha Male. Love the "fellas"!! They are hilarious. Can't wait for more. I could talk to you about these books for hours but that would mean that you wouldn't be writing. So hop to it. "Do ya need more tellin" :) Good luck with everything.

Amy, can you please make it so that four more characters mean at least another four more books? I'm really no where near done reading (and re-reading, and re-reading...) about Reed, Evie, Russell, Brennus, Zee, Buns & Brownie.

Oh my gosh. Where do I even begin! I recently discovered your books not too long ago, 2 weeks ago actually, and thats all i've been doing since! The books are more than amazing. I never thought I would fall in love with something so quickly. I have to admit I was a bit sketchy starting the series just because I had never heard of neither you or the series it self. I just stumbled upon it on my kindle. And I AM SO GLAD I did. NEVER EVER stop writting! I am DESPERATELY awaiting Incendiary and your updates are keeping me on such an edge I don't know how much longer I can wait!!!!!!!!!

I love your books and I am greatly anticipating #4. I hope Evie starts kicking some major butt! I think her days of being a damsel in distress are long over. Do you have an estimate date of release? Also you should check out Jamie McGuire's Providence Series, kind of the same idea.

I love the Ryel family they are mo chroí. Make sure you read Beautiful Disaster so you can find out about "Pigeon" and Travis. I have to say this; the providence series and the permonition series, to me, are very different. The providence series seems to stay more in the human arena and the premonition series takes me to another realm.

Now this is a movie I would love to see. The scary thing about that is the actors may not do the characters justice <wink>. I would like to compliment you on your series. I truly enjoyed being pulled in by the characters. They were all very likable in there own right. When I would close my Kindle I would find myself thinking in the character's accent. When you described the corners of their mouths being drawn up to a smile I found myself smiling as well. "Do ye need more tellin?" would make me laugh out loud. "banjax" is another. I also loved the names selected for the characters. As a person who has lived life with an unusual name I can truly appreciate the names of the supernatural beings in these books.Usually when I close a book for the last time I feel like I am saying goodbye to a friend or an acquaintance. But this series left me feeling like I was saying goodbye to family. I closed my Kindle then immediately picked it back up to search the internet for something else to read only to return back to the beginning of Inescapable and reread the series.Which I have never done before. When I'm done with a book I'm done. It seemed I wasn't ready to say goodbye after all. I get the different facets of all of the characters. What I find I enjoy most is how Evie's world expands. Just when she gets used to the powerful, scary being she is introduced to another that appears to be even more powerful and scary comes along. We soon find out that they too have their weaknesses. Evie is like any 19 year old girl who wants to be free from what she feels is keeping her from doing what her heart is telling her to do.You focused not only on her outer beauty but the witty side of her personality that made everyone want more of Evie. Reed he has lived forever, has seen everything until now, but he is just beginning to feel with his heart. It all began with just the two of them struggling to figure things out on their own. (Mistakes will be made that is life.) Russell knows he has always had Evie's love in all his lives and is struggling to keep it. I also remember Reed telling Evie that only a Seraphim could challenge there binding, but what Seraphim would fight for a Power? I also can't forget Russell too is a Seraphim who can challenge the binding. I was drawn in by Brennus and the Fellas along with Evie and often had to remind myself what they really are. I was suspicious of Buns and Brownie early on (they seemed too good to be true) but then I remembered Intuition was dedicated to them so they were true life friends and couldn't possible bad. That thought brought me out of the fantasy world of the book so I had to jump back into it quickly. I hope Reed is really "good". I want them to be together longer but first loves rarely last. I can see Evie and Russell having to be together as the beginning of a new species/race or both to continue the human element. Please keep the series going as long as you can. I don't want to say goodbye yet. :) Thanks for sharing a part of your mind with me it's intriguing.

As I was reading these books I kept thinking how I would love to see them on the big screen. Then I would kind of frown because could they pull it off? The characters are so well defined with their endowments that I wonder if the make up, stylists, and camera would kill it. If they could do it that would be awesome. The wings for one, how could they make them real. In the books they do things that the screen wouldn't be able to convey. This would be a huge challenge for any director to take on.

Hi, I love this series! I read the first three books last week, which is really bad since I've been having exams. I cant wait for the Icendiary to come out. Can it be pre-ordered? I like how the first three books have been long. I really liked Finn as a character and would love to seem him grow. I liked how reed was asking russell questions about his and Evie"s past lives and about one of them always dying. Being from NC the only thing that bothered me was Russell's y'all. Y'all is 'you all' Plural. Singular 'you' would something like- How yuh do'in? I liked the Naw though its very common.

Amy, just wanted to say how great the series is! Also, since you post songs that make you think of different characters, check out Barcelona's It's About Time! First time I heard it, all I could imagine was Evie! Can't wait for Incendiary!

Hello, Im a new fan! I read Inescapble and Intuition in 48 hours! Because they are AMAZING! I just started Indebted last night. I heard this song last night and it made me think of Evie. Always hoping/praying that her soul is going to be recieved into Paradise, Her Burning Love for Reed, and his infinite embrace. And in awe of God and all of his Angels. Love this song, and Love the Premonition Series! Thank You for creating these books! :)

I seriously CANNOT wait for this next book! I discovered this series just this spring before the third came out, and I've already read each of the books three times! I love them so much and the books are just so addictive! I love all of the characters. Buns and Brownie are just the kind of people I've always wanted to be friends with. And Reed and Zee...wow! Haha I just love everything you've done with this series. PRETTY PLEASE keep doing it :) I will read anything you write because I've just loved these books so much.

Whatever you do with the book do not get rid of Brennus! the connection between him and Evie seems so much stronger than her and Reed. I have never felt emotional pull for characters in a book the way I have for them. My heart shatters for him when she goes to read like i can feel his pain. Please I beg you more Brennus!

So this is the very first comment that I have ever posted. Wanted to let you know the books are amazing and referred them to all "me wans" and "me work wans" and even gifted it to my sister. We sit around lunch and gossip and are sooo all Team Brennus. It just seems to us that he has made her character grow (but guess torture does that) while Reed just wants her to be a protected stay- at- home angel.. what fun is that? For all you Team Reeder's... I know I know he tortured her yada yada, but come on that was sooo last book, let bygones be bygones (wink). Anyways we're with ya to the end Amy and please more Brennus!

I am reading all of the comments above with the Gaelic references and I can't keep this smile off of my face. I want to thank you for bringing Evie, Russell, Reed, Buns, Brownie, Brennus, Finn, Zephyr, the fellas, and Phaedrus into my life. When i finished Indebted I was preparing myself for the inevitable fall but you picked me up with stating that there would be a fourth book!!! I think that Evie will find a way to keep her entire family together although I am not sure if Brennus will adjust quickly. I feel that Russell is going to be a key point in this. I was almost thinking that when Evie taught him how to draw on the energy around him that he would some how take them to another plane, perhaps to their past. The power that Evie and Russell can wield is phenomenal. I cried when Lachlan died and was awed when Evie made the Werree fall to dust. I seem to enjoy the story more when Evie is with the Fellas or Russell. For some reason Reed seems to weigh her down but lift her up at the same time. You can feel the intensity of her love for him.
